self-defense.

My MMA System of fighting is an organized, logical progression of techniques based on punch defense, striking, clinch training, takedowns, ground & pound, dominant positions, and submissions.
Designed for the true beginner student, where use of proper technique is always emphasized, you will cycle through each technique and learn my system of fighting step by step. Each class you attend will focus on your skill in a certain move and you will progress to the next level when each move has been fully mastered.
